What makes your approach different from a typical diet plan?
With my personal experience with food, I understand that other components affect diet, such as environment and relationships. My approach goes beyond the aspect of eating. I believe connection is one of the very foundations of health, and to see results, you have to trust your practitioner and feel connected.
