Apple Baked Healthy Breakfast

Who doesn’t love a sweet breakfast? I know I do—but in moderation, of course! Making breakfast at home isn’t just more budget-friendly; it’s also a way to control what goes into your food.

By skipping store-bought options and cooking at home, you can avoid unnecessary sugars, preservatives, and additives while experimenting with healthier, delicious alternatives.

It’s also a great way to start your day with intention and creativity! Try this recipe, and let me know what you think.
