Healthy Holiday Peppermint Bark

The holidays wouldn’t be complete without festive treats, but many classic recipes are loaded with refined sugar and processed ingredients.

I’m excited to share a healthier twist on a seasonal favourite—peppermint bark!

This version swaps the traditional sugary base for nutrient-rich, whole-food ingredients while keeping all the minty, chocolatey goodness you love.

It is simple to make, free of artificial additives and provides protein, healthy fats, fibre, and carbohydrates.

You can omit the peppermint candy cane and add peppermint leaves to cut out more sugar.
